Standard Agreement for the Supply of Telecommunication Services
“Service” means the Telecommunication Services and;
“We, Us and Our” means Click Broadband ABN (25 083 170 683); “You and Your” means You the Customer who subscribes to Our Service;
This Agreement is binding once We have accepted Your request for a
Service and We shall connect Your Service after You have provided Us with valid and correct user details or the time and day You begin using Our services, whichever comes first.
We may vary, alter, replace or revoke any part of this contract (including Our fees) at any time. You will be provided with the changes in writing either by mail on Our website at www.clickbroadband.com.au.
Our pricing shall be provided in Our price lists that We will update from time to time and list on Our Website at www.clickbroadband.com.au. Price may change without prior notice.
We will be invoicing You on a monthly basis and You must pay all outstanding invoices by the due date. You will have 14 days to pay the invoice from the invoice date. We may charge an late payment fee if payment is not received by the due date;
You must pay by the due date on Your bill. If charges are not paid by this time, We can stop You using some or all of Our Service and may charge You a dishonour fee and /or a late payment fee. If there is no payment of the bill this will put You breach of this contract and We can cancel Your Service immediately under clause 9, subsequently We may charge You all disbursements and cost associated with recovering outstanding monies relating Your account;

Been with Click broadband for nearly 1 year. I live in rural NSW and have had a few connection issues due to fttn dodgy old wiring in the street. Click broadband has been really helpful in getting NBN technicians to come and rectify these faults. They will always follow up any issues with a phone call to check if you are satisfied. I love the online chat function and the personal service you get on the phone. A well deserved 5 stars!
Most competitive Price I’ve found out there, excellent speed and reliability.
Reliable Connection and only took a few hours to switch over from my other provider (myrepublic). Very competetive price and new customers get a discount for first 6 months, an ever better deal. They also give you a static IP address unlike my other provider, making all the difference in some applications like twitch streaming. I am on the 100mbs NBN plan with speeds around 80mbs/37mbs. About the same from my old plan with my republic

I signed up for an NBN50 connection with Click Broadband and they explained to me thoroughly about the cost and the prerequisites before signing up with their service. I called another ISP but they required me to sign up with them to check if the unit is NBN-ready. Jeremy, JM and Roland have been very helpful when I signed up the service and even when there’s a problem they stick to their 24h SLA. Very satisfied and recommended!
