When you login, it will redirect you to the EscapeNet My Account page.
As part of the Click Broadband integration with EscapeNet your payment details will be changing effective immediately. Future payments on your Bank/Credit card statements will appear as “ESCAPENET” .
All future payments (including for prior unpaid invoices) for your Click Broadband service should be made as per the updated information on the new co-branded EscapeNet & Click Broadband invoice, which you will receive via email in the coming days.
Please do not use the old payment details any longer, including for old unpaid invoices.
Confirm & Update your billing details.
We’re asking all customers to login to My Account (a portal to mange your service and billing), and update your billing information as part of this process. This will make sure we have your most recent contact information, helping us deliver Awesome Support to you and/or your business. You should only do this direct from the website (Never provide personal credit card or password information by email).
